Possibly but tbh there aren't to many peeps on here modding 1.6 A3's so you may struggle a bit getting specific answers...
The A3 shares the floor pan layout (mostly) with all the Mk4 platform VAGs so if principle it 'should' fit however due to subtle differences in rear valences/bumpers etc then you may need to tweak the brackets etc to get a good fit...
You may be better off (especially if you are prepared to pay that kinda money) to go to one of the custom exhaust places and get one made for your car... (Longlife etc...) you will get a better choice of tail pipes and they will make the system fit your car..
