I see from an A4 thread that you adjusted your lights so that dip went a bit further.
How did you do it ????
    It's exactly what's needed.

But surely by doing that you may benefit but at the expense of all the other drivers on the road. There are enough badly adjusted and illegal lights around already without adding to the problem.

Gizze's thread in the A4 forum stated he went too far with his first adjustment,so he knocked it back a bit.
I just want the dip to go a few feet further, that's all.
I'm not out to dazzle others.
My wife's Honda HRV lights haven't been tampered with since we bought it new,but her dip beam goes much further than mine, for example.

Bowfer, there's screw type adjusters on top of the lights. Would guess they do height adjustment, you cant miss them...

My car would light the road up by no more than about 30ft, I adjusted this to around 50ft and got a couple of people flash me, so knocked it back a little and drove round for 4 months with no problem.

And yeah, there are white screws you can adjust on the top of the lights.
I found by parking my car facing a wall about 10ft away and then raising the beam by a foot in height was just about right.

    Cheers Gizze
I reckon I'm only getting about 30-40 feet as well,so I'll try your tip.
I assume you did both lights equally ?

Yeah, count the turns as you do the outside light and then do the same on the passenger side and maybe add one more on that side.
