Westy how many going on the ring trip? Bet Yr well giddy.
Solly why you hating the derv, Just lack of power?? Or the fact Yr now labled a snob lol
Dave don't listen to westy, he just likes the feeling of lycra stuffed up his arse
So when isthe next 8p assault planned
There are 13 people confirmed and 6 cars I think so it should be a good one. Just holding out on the weather.
Oh and what's your point about the lycra up the arse?! Dont knock it till you've tried it
Did ya eventually find a nice matching set??
13 peeps should make it a good trip. With some even better footage you got Yr tyres sorted yet??
God I hate my day job on days like this!
Forgot my lighter today. So just using a £190,000 laser to light them instead!
Not even going to try reading the posts since I was last here, have I missed much ?
Hope your cold has gone Sandra.
Had a very busy long weekend load of DIY on the house, time consuming stuff that doesn't show much - but managed to sort out a couple of bad cracks in our hall and lounge ceiling that have been bugging us for a few years. We'd tried all sorts to hide them, in the end I sanded back and filled with some ready mixed skim plaster that I've got - sanded back flat and then 5 coats of paint. Very happy with the result.
Sunday was spend at Wings and Wheels (Dunsfold) which was fantastic, unfortunately the Vulcan had a technical failure on the way down so we didn't get to see her. Everything else was great though. Found a screw in one of my rear tyres though, ended up getting it repaired OK this morning (luckily as that was £18 and a new tyre would have been £140, F1 Asymmetrical)
The time may have come chaps, I've written a two page long ad for my s3
where you putting it on piston heads?..
Dont do it Dane! alt + F4
Nooooooooooooooooo Dane don't do it lol. So is an rs4 a definate?
All you keen cyclists should join me on my quest across the country this weekend!
What and buying the yellow one Dane? but we all know silver is fastest
I got 2 seperate sets of Yokohama Advan A048 semi slicks from the rear of an exige but they all have very similar wear:
Just dropped them and the S3 wheels down to quickfit, picking them up at 5PM.
Nah not bumble, I know it's going to be more to run but I spend enough on the s3 I can't see it being more than that
this is the rs from pistonheads that im feeling, quite a bit of work done, ill take the 466 bhp with a pinch of salt I think but thats good work done never the less. Audi : BLACK RS4 B5 2001 - 466BHP MRC Tuned some of the rs4 at inters were crazy fast om nom nom
I'm not going anywhere though, ASN for life!
They've got so hot they've gone a bit blue! lol
i didnt men bumble i ment the V6 one!
ahh i remember you posting that a few pages back looks well good, alot of kit on it too

You'll look like an old man in your estate car, like Scott
Yeah I'm a bit worried about non of the ads mentioning a clutch change, I can imagine that will be expensive and, because its me, fairly necessary
I quite like the black one, not so sure on the smoked rears, but I reckon I could turn that into an evil monster and the more power arguement is winning over the lower miles argument
In my evil machine... I think not,
and even if they do, they'll only think it whilst im in the car, as opposed to all the time you grey haired jigolo you
Westy your car is going to stick to the road like **** to a shovel! Let us know how it grips tonight!
Buy mine, it has twice the power of your current one, and is a bargain!
Mate the wheels and tyres will be living in my boot until I get to the ring so I cant give you any reviews until I get back. It should make a massive difference though
Just hope the rain holds off for them bad boys...
where do you have it for sale?
So do I mate otherwise I'll be keeping the S4 wheels on all weekend!
Nowhere yet, but it is for sale and will be advertised properly very soon. I think it'd be too old for an 8P owning snob, although you do have to spend more time looking at the road, and less time looking at your interior when you have over 200bhp...
What a weekend/week.
Played rouders for 3 hours yesterday overat the girlfriends with her family. Aching so much today I can harly move...
If it's predicted to be nice all weekend mate, I'll keep them warm for you and you can save weight by taking my Avus'.
Alright mate. Rounders! Were you drunk?
You're such a kind lad Reesy
I always assumed rounders was for people of the opposite gender, although if hotties were involved, Welly is exonerated.
:icon_thumright: Just thinking of your fuel mate, and the ease of carrying 17's rather then 18's.
I think I'll be ok mate as I wont have a passenger for most of the journey but thanks for the though
ah i see ok, oh right its like that is it thats a bit harsh, i just want more speed
hey guys im a tech in ohio im having a bit of a problem with an a6 quatro 2001. long story short customer tried doing his own rear brakes and put washers behind the rotor to space it out. then he threw old stuff away. so we get the car and we cannot find any rotors that fit this car. we tried multiple aftermarket and even dealer with vin. everything either to deep or to shallow and hits the caliper brackets. just wondering if anyone else has ran into this and any suggestions. thanks
