Armrest Retro-fit Template needed

Hi,

I have sourced a front-centre armrest assembley for my A4 (thanks, Unikarl), and have downloaded a pdf of the fitting instructions. I still need to order a bracket and a leather lid, which i'll probably get from a dealer. That just leaves the template for the hole in the console.

Does anyone have one that they could send me?
