Go a4 b6 but the reception is very bad
used booster arial still same anyone know where the aerial
is located and is it a easy fix.

Antenna system isn't suited to aftermarket systems very well tbh, there are adapters out there, with varied degree of reception quality, but no guarantees, so you will either need to fit an aftermarket antenna system or maybe consider oem head unit route.

Oem is to old it started to get bad a few months ago
Is it easy to fix the oem aerial??
