It was bought to my attention this week that APR have moved lock stock and barrel from Quatro Park in Milton Keynes UK to Germany.

As we have a good few forum members who are APR customers, I just wondered whether there are any plans for another UK central HQ to open (or whether the responsibility has been passed on to another UK dealer / agent), and whether terms of service remain the same as when APR were based out of MK.

Are there any new support numbers or contact names UK owners should be aware of as part of the changes?

Many thanks in advance for your help

A message from APR Vice President Keith Lucas:

APR Enhances UK Operations and Relocates Office to Manchester

APR UK began its European Operations in September of 2011 and has enjoyed over whelming success in both the UK and European Markets. APR set out to bring the best and most reliable performance to VW Group cars from America and adapt it to the local markets across the Atlantic. Partnerships in UK and European motorsport and extensive road car Research and Development have led to the widest and most successful range of VW performance products in the UK and Europe.

Building upon this success, APR has relocated its European Headquarters to Germany and its UK operations to Manchester. With enhancements already under way, APR’s UK operation will now have a full retail experience for our clients with rolling road and full service capabilities. Housed within Awesome GTI, APR’s highest volume UK dealer, APR’s UK operations is staffed with a full time Sales Person, a Technical Expert and to further the growth and expertise of the UK dealer network, a Marketing Manager and Distributor Relations Manager.

In Germany, APR Europe has moved into a 10,000 sq ft. purpose built Automotive Engineering facility with multiple in ground lifts, rolling road and ample warehouse space to house and distribute APR’s products. In the heart of the domestic VW Group market, APR’s opportunities to continue to expand and enhance its product line have increased dramatically.

Customer Service for UK dealers and retail clients will be shared by both offices with APR UK’s phone number and email routed to both locations to provide instant response and no wait times. APR UK’s website remains the same at APR Motorsport Ltd - High Performance Development for Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda, and Porsche Vehicles. and you can still find us in the same spot on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/APRMotorsportUK.

We hope to see you at multiple UK shows and track events again this year and thank you for your support! Go APR!

Awesome GTi always used to be the main APR agents until APR actually moved over here so I would think its just as it was as long as you've got a dealer within reach.
I also noticed APR have a 20% software sale on at the moment.........tempting!
