anyone tried these avant roof bars?

need some decent looking roof bars and cheapish and these are the best ive seen for the price on ebay-Lockable Car Roof Cross Bars for Audi A4 avant estate 01-on | eBay
anyone tried them or know much about them, basically i need a set for my ladders now ive sold my van and these look best for the money?

Can't help with those specific ones, but I can comment that you get what you pay for - I guess your ladders aren't especially heavy? I carry two sea kayaks on Thule bars - probably 55 kgs - other than genuine Audi, the Thule ones are the only ones I'd trust having heard too many horror stories of bar failure with others.
