Anyone replaced this trim before?

as you can see it doesnt sit right and i need a new one.
i have a feeling it will be expensive from audi
and are they easy to replace?

Have you tried lifting the lip of the rubber over the door edge and bashing it down with your hand?

its a fiddly ****** pretty sure you need to take the mirror off its mount to get it back in

i think the rubbers has a metal strip inside to give it its strength, i think someones lent on it and misshaped it...

it's not expensive at all .....20 something pounds from Audi .....It's a common thing to go funny on these cars ....

Just drop the window down to bottom, then push it down over the door top, look at it like a monorail, the rubber piece pushed down over a thin rail like piece of metal on top of the door.
