either get something you can do yourself at home or contact a few companies, superchips have lots of dealers as do revo and custom code. custom code sometimes come to your home address. Or there is Jabba which will be around 1h 20 from you

There was a guy on the forum who had his FSI chipped but said your likely only to notice a smoother throttle than any power increase.

The turbo version (TFSi) will give useful gains though the figures quoted can be taken with a pinch of salt. The NA engine would be closer to 8-10bhp with a remap though AMD say 15bhp.

As SteveTDCI said - look at the handheld units.

Bluefin and ST3 seem to be good.

    Bluefin from SuperChips.

    ST3 from ChippedUK.

With the St3, you get a choice of 2 maps (from economy, fast road, race) and you can change between the maps yourself and also put to standard. If you change your car to another VAG, you can buy an additional map for £100. There reviews have been awesome and ChippedUk should have update where the dealers wont even be able to notice it and when they do, they'll send you teh update free. Currently, all dealers can see the map by the count on how many times the ECU has been re-written.

I'm should have my ST3 on xmas eve if the post people dont mess up!
