TBH its pretty straight forward... Remove pipe to FPR, unclip wiring harness, undo 2 x 5mm cap bolts hold the rail to the inlet mani, gently pull on injector rail to pull injectors from the mani (a little spray of silicon oil or wd40 down the plastic bosses will help ease the seals if its tight...), undo the clips that hold the injectors to the rail (take note of how they fit... there is a slot in the top of the injectors for the clip to slide into), gently pull the injectors out of the rail... sometimes the o-ring comes off and stays in the rail but thats easy enough to put back on after)

Don't do this after driving the car as the engine will be hot and there will be pressure in the fuel line... pressure will drop off a little after a bit of time but expect fuel to leak out a bit when you remove the injector... make sure you have something to mop the spilt fuel
