One of my customers has just given me these 8K0 071 762 ( partnumber for the set) , just wondered if anyone had fitted them on a B6 as i might chuck them on as a tempory measure until i get a exhaust made up just to freshen up the rear end. I hate the standard exhaust as there so tiny in the apperture.

Had half an hour tonight so fitted these, not quite slip on but not much imagination needed.

Reckon they look alright, certainly taken my eye away from the standard tailpipes. Slinepete ill keep you in mind when I actually put an exhaust on the car.

Where from too I'm off Thursday or Friday this week it could be done did you have to weld them on and de-weld the small ones off

There genuine audi, i got mine from one of my customers as a freebie that he'd had kicking about. I put mine over my original trims, i had to use a hose clamp to increase the external size of the original trim.

I'll take some pics when i get a sec of the installation.

Just what Im looking at doin to my avant. Really interested in the fitting of these.

ok let us know how you fitted them I couldn't wait and bought the same ones goin to pick em up one night this week
