Anti roll bars

Hi, I want to up-rate the anti roll bars (arb) on my A3 TDI Quattro, I have been told that the R32 on the rear and S3/TT on the fronts is a good set-up, anyone got other ideas?

Also is it possible to do this myself, the parts are fairly cheap, it only takes about an hour to do the rear but the front is a bit more complicated (so I have been told).

Should I do it myself or just put my hand in my pocket and pay for the fitting?

Haven't done the front, but on the rear, it helps alot if you drop the rear of the exhaust a bit in order to get the new ARB in /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
