Annoying problems with itunes,

Well i finaly decided to sort out my mess'd up music libary,
The problem is i have imported a number of Cd's to itunes... But for some reason it has left a few tracks out of the album and then made another album with the same name with the missing tracks in,
say 2,3,5 and 9 in one album but the rest in another.
The only answer anybody i know has come up with is... because some of the songs are featuring somebody as well as the artist.

Is there any way i can get the album back together?

If you select all of them (get them all together, click top one, shift+click bottom one, ctrl+click any stragglers) then right click -> get info, you can set the artist and album in there, and it will set all of the tracks to the same. Even if they are collaborations, I always set it to the headline artist alone for all tracks as certain devices seem to do a poor job of grouping them all back together.
