annoying display help!!!!

When pressing the reset button, the computer display goes blank and doesn't return until I press the reset button again but it doesn't actually reset any of the displays.
whats wrong?
Is this a common fault of the A3 display and is it easily rectified?

Hi i may be wrong but i think this is a standard feature allowing you to switch display on and off.

Yeah you need to hold it down for a few secs to reset the values. Pressing it turns the display on or off.
