ANDYMAC SUB Upgrade

Could you give me the info I need to get this "AndyMac sub upgrade" up and rolling. I see the sub box and the sub, looks crap, What size sub do I need in there, where is the amp for this (I have since pulled the old stndard headunit out and replaced with a Sonly XPLOD jobby).

I did try to saerch for this but there was too much to plough through.
