ami lead for ipod needed?

picking my rs3 up next week

states you can plug your ipod in the ami socket? do i need to buy the ami-ipod lead? or do they come with the car?

where is the ami socket located?

you should get one with the car - make sure audi give you one

it will be in the glovebox

You should get two & they may be in the glovebox. If you have your IPod with you Audi should show you on handover how to connect it & use the Multi-function steering wheel if you have this. Not sure what the other cable is for

its a stock usb flash drive adapter, so the car can read SSDs (2 in head unit) iDevices and USB devices
