my S4 (b8) does not have AMI with its MMI 2g high setup. Thinking about adding it, or a clone like VNS media but cannot get any definitive answer as to capacity.
Here's the thing . . . I am really only interested in attaching some sort of hard drive / large capacity pen drive to store all my 80gb music library. I do not want to muck about forever creating playlists on smaller devices.
But no one seems to know much beyond using about 4 g of files and how these will be handled / read by the MMI system.
Audi themselves used to sell a 250gb hard drive which would lead one to suppose AMI isn't limited to an arbitrary file number / size limit - but no one seems to know for sure.
Is anyone here using a hard drive, with a large music library, via AMI (NOT an IPod) ?
