    As per title.... always fancied one of these classics and finally taken the plunge and bought it this weekend.
    Need some advice the caddy has no central locking or alarm so want to put it right but not sure if or how I can do this any help would be much appreciated from you Guys n Gals... 20131006_152944.jpg 20131006_153119.jpg

    Is it sdi? I had 1 only trouble i had was a damp ecu. Removed it cleaned it with TIM clean bought from maplins dried over night and refitted and protected it from the wet. Great little vans mates still using it now with around 140k on it.

    The central locking kit is just the bog standerd poppers off ebay. I had a cliford on mine as well

    No idea about VW Caddys, but if you want CL, find whatever car its based on (polo?) and see what needs to be done to add CL to those models and it'll probably carry right over.

    You could just add an R-Click type kit, but proper VAG stuff is just better.

    You REALLY need to lose those wheels...

    I agree on the wheels they look horrid apart from that it looks nice.
    I had a tdi one years ago it was a great load lugger
