Alternative fmic fitting points?

In the middle of fitting my wellycooler, I'm not keen on the brackets I've been using so thought I'd buy some right angle steel to hang the cooler off. I've seen others do it but can't find the pics now
My question is, is there anywhere I can bolt the steel "crossbar" to on the rad pack that already exists or is it a custom job?!
