Allroad - 2003 with 110k - worth it? - issues?

Hi guys,

I have an A4 2.0FSI Sport MY03 at present and looking for an Allroad. I have been offered a 2.7T Allroad with 110k on it. It obviously has a full service history. What do I have to be worried about anything major - are there any massve probs around this time etc etc.

What do you think?!
