Allroad 2.5TDI tip recode problem.

Hi all

I own a 2001 Allroad 2.5TDI Tip with a Spider tuning box and have been reading the threads about using VAG.COM to recode the to "sport mode". So tried to recode from stock 00001 last night and won't except the 00032 (or 00012 /00022) code. Any help or suggestions greatly received?
