Anyone else notice that a lot of the album artwork through apps like Pandora doesn't display on the MMI? Or is it just me?

Some times it shows a generic album image (rock, pop, jazz). Sometimes nothing. And sometimes it works!!

This is with an IPhone 5S on 7.1 btw.

Can you get other apps to play music through the MMI? I tried with spotify but had no luck.

I don't see why Spotify wouldn't work. I'm simply playing Pandora through Bluetooth.

I'm just confused as to why sometimes it shows the art and sometimes it doesn't.

Am I missing something here or do you need the Tech Pack to display artwork when you stream Spotify via Bluetooth as on my iPhone 5 all I seem to get is track info on the MMI

Hmm. I just downloaded and tested Spotify. Same as Pandora. Artwork sporadic. Sometimes shows nothing.

Wonder if it's an iPhone 5S thing.
