Hi,
Ive just fitted a new diesel cooler on my 2.0 tdi, after damaging it on a pothole!.. anyway 2 days after i fitted it my car wouldnt start, rang the AA, he said there is a air leak in the system, and its drawing back, creating a air lock, a squrt of easy start and shes away(not a long term fix i know)!,i Checked the cooler and all the joints around it, but there are all defo fine! has anyone else had this issue? or any ideas what it could be? Thanks in advance...
Peter

Ive taken it in to the garage, they said it was nothing to do with the diesel cooler, they say the problem is the fuel filter housing, because it is parked on a slight hill on my drive there is a one way valve which somtimes sticks not allowing the diesel to "draw back",its becoming a common fault So.. Had a new one fitted, part is 120, labour 20. Fingers Crossed!
