Air conditioner removal

What the hell is holding this unit in place?
I tried pushing it out from behind and pulling it out from the front but its a **** to get out!
Has anyone removed theirs if so can you please tell me how you got it out?
Are there hidden clips I should know about?

Nevermind I got it out in the end.
Tip: You need two screw drivers to push down two metal catches on top of unit and then use mild brute force and a bit of up down shaking movements while pulling out towards you . Lol I got it out that way without damaging anything thankfully but basically that is one way of getting it out.
