    Hello.
I hace audi s3 8l facelift with BOSE.
I replaced Rns-d with Pioneer MVH-AV280BT. I made harness like pc9-410 and all is working great.
Now i want to replace the stock sub and amp with aftrtmarket one.
The sub i will use is Alpine SWR-8D4
I will get stealth box fom ebay for it.
But i don't know how to wire it.
I have to run a power cable from the battery to the amp.
What about rca's? On my HU there are 2 seta of them and both are used for BOSE speakers. Is there any way to use stock installation from bose sub to get rca for my new amp?

There are signal line out converters you could use.
You tap into the main preamp signal from factory fitted loom and this unit will amplify it for you.

Than just simply connect it to your sub amp and off you go.
Some units work with on/off signal already within the same signal wire so you don’t need to look for another amp switch cable.

It can be something as simple as this:

You might be putting too much strain on the oem sound system and eventually damage it. Better to use the converter so you void any damage and get the signal run properly.

I got a kit for 500w rms from a local store. But from what i understand i will need only the power and ground wire from it.
About the amp i'm thinking about some monoblock as it will power the sub only.
Where can i find wiring diagram for bose amp? Cause i don't know which wires to tap for the converter rca's.

Use the fuse from the pack. It’s an external device (amp) that you powering up so best to protect the car and the amp.
You’ll need the rca’s with it to supply signal, no?

Majority of two channel amos you can bridge for amp’s. Just look at the diagram and wire it as manufacturer say. There should say to bridge it and flick a sub switch so the amp recognise it to send the not to send mono signal.

You would need to ask around or do online research for bose amp as I run standard sound system only and would have no idea.
There is a guy here @B5NUT who is knowledgeable in these things. He had an extensive build thread for he’s A6 and was doing something with sound system, if I’m not wrong.
Worth a shot to pm him.
