The one option my A4 didn't come with was heated seats... really want to get this retrofitted before the colder months!
Questions:
Can Audi heated seat pads can be used with a universal control switch?
Anyone know of a good trimmer in the East Midlands who will retrofit heated seats for a reasonable price (labour or labour + materials)?
Anyone fitted 'universal' heater elements/switches?
Obviously the easy way would be to buy the new looms, the heat pads and the new control unit... but the control unit is £750, £150 - £200 on ebay, plus the looms and pads and I would still have to pay someone to fit it. Not a financially viable option.
I had a quote from someone last Jan (can't remember who) who said they could supply the kit and fit it for about £250 which seemed reasonable.
