Love the big OE 18" alloys but run 16" aftermarket alloys (with proper Audi centre caps so look OE) to soften ride when suffering a bout of bad pain. They are a boring medium silver so considering a re-spray in a bright silver to co-ordinate with alloy waist trim/chrome rims to spotlights etc of S-Line, but given that some cars now have as standard meaner looking Anthracite wheels am tempted. Desperate to avoid the downmarket/immature/Halfords/Chav/Council look, which I think might result if sprayed gloss black but am happy to be persuaded otherwise.

Personally I would get them powder coated seeing as its coming up to crappy weather time and powder coating is harder wearing than paint.
