Aerial retrofit?

Hi guys I was hoping you could help me. I have a mkiii supra about to go into the garage for a bit of restoration work and want to replace the original electric aerial which is in the rear wing for a nice neat shark fin aerial. Having an a6 as my daily drive I was thinking on the same aerial rather than a universal one. Is this possible to do?

That is not an FM/AM aerial, the sharks fin is for your navigation/telephone. Aerials on the A6 are in the rear window & side windows on the avant, and the aerial modules are just behind the trim panels of each the windows
