Advice requested for S4 suspension upgrade

Want to replace the worn stock suspension. Would appreciate some feedback from owners with upgraded suspensions?

Anything else that tends to wear that I should replace at the same time to get the best result?

My S4 has just ticked over 100k. I ve had it since 64k and was wondering how did the suspension feel when new?
