Advice on changing a single to double exhaust

Hi everyone,

I've got a Black Edition TDI 140 which has the single exhaust. How do i change it to a twin? Does the white rear bumper need replacing, or is it the thin honey combed valance which sits just over the exhaust?

Any advice on what needs changing and where i get the spare parts from thanks

My budget for this is max £250 - 300 - will it cost around this or will it be more??

I've added this picture...mine is ibis white. I thought the bottom bit the honey combed bit was a seperate piece to the bumper, or are they all one piece? i'm confused if someone could tell me do i need the whole thing in this picture.
