Advice for warranty blocked vains in turbo?

Car has gone in to be diagnosed after a new turbo just before Xmas.

I've rung up to see how its going, they told me the vains on the turbo are blocked so he's waiting for authorisation to put additives in it to remove this blockage.

What ammo can I use against the warranty firm? As I am not happy to have that done as I can only see that being a temporary fix.

Should not be clogged up that quickly unless you've done tens of thousands of miles.
Got to be another problem somewhere causing all this carbon/soot build up.

Well the turbo before it never built any up so can't see it being anything else. And I've only done around 2-3 thousand since the new turbo
