...anyhow, I'm looking at adding a 12v socket up front in my B7 Convertible for a dash camera, can anyone advice whats best to feed off as I want all the wires tucked away nice n neat like, ciggie lighter is at the middle of the centre console near the seatbelt buckles and I'm thinking it may be a bit far of from the dash..?
Can I feed of the ashtray under the dash radio ?, or of an Ipod fitting in the glove box..?
Any ideas or advice would be appreciated,
