Absolute beginner on a budget - Help!!

No no no 4 parts water 1 part VP never seen a ratio written a 1:4 always the other way round with larger number being the water.

It is on the citrus pre wash, hence why I thought you were doing a very strong mix.

1 pt vp 10 water, for lightly soiled cars.
