A6 with flush roof bars Thule or Audi picture

I'm after someone posting a pic of their Audi with a set of flush roof bars on with a roof box and two bike racks if possible.

I know it's possible if the roof bar over hang the car but I want to know if it's possible if the bars are the flush type?

Weird as the privacy is set to everyone??

Yeh I can see them but can you fit two bike racks and a roof box on them at the same time?

No idea sorry as I only use it for my roof box
