A6 Turbo Upgrade

Hi,

Does anyone know if a K04 Turbo will fit straight onto my 98 A6 1.8t ? I say this because my K03 is history and having had the motor chipped to 192 I'm lead to believe the standard K03 might not cope too well. I know that the K04 is rated to 210bhp. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

My 1.8t is at 210 and no probs as yet. Had it done in April and it runs fine. The only thing you should do is keep an eye on the oil, I try to change it every 5k.
A friend had probs with the extra boost blowing off some of the pipes, so make sure they are tight.
