A6 LED Upgrade

Hi all ,
New member here.I keep getting errors/warning lights on dashboard due to faulty rear lights.I think water or condensation may be the cause. I would like to purchase a set of rear light clusters with LED's instead of bulbs , to swap complete assemblies.
I'm not too technical , and worried that I would purchase the wrong type or wrong revision.
My current car is an A6 s-line & a '56 plate.
