Been reading this site for a while and thought I would post my issue here to see if anyone could add their advice.

Basically I have this clattering sound from the top of the engine, so Audi replaced the camshaft but the sound / problem is still there. This morning on cold start, the engine bucked and car shook violently, throwing EPC light galore. After about 10 seconds, it seemed to smooth out a little bit, then a further 30-60 seconds after engine warmed up, the idle smoothed out, however the clatter in the video can still be heard at quick low revs.
