HI IVE JUST BOUGHT A 1999 A4 TDI BUT DONT KNOW IF ITS A 90 OR 110 BHP MODEL HOW WOULD I FIND OUT ? WHEN I PUT THE REG IN FOR THE INSURANCE IT CAME UP AS A 110 ? AND ALSO ARE THESE TUNING BOX,S ANYGOOD ON EBAY ETC CHEERS JASE

Would ignore the insurance details that came up. Mine comes up as an A4 Avant 1.8 when I key my Reg. in.
Used to be when the badge on the rear had a red 'i' on the TDi it was the 110 version. Then again its not too difficult to change the rear badge. Would have thought your local stealers would have been able to assist if you give registration, engine code etc. Then again...........

Check the engine code. Mine is a 110Bhp 1998 TD Red i. Engine code is AFN.
You should find the engine code on a sticky label in the boot, I think it is either under the floor carpet or behind the right hand side carpet?
As soon as you find the engine code you should be able to find the Bhp by searching ont eh web or by asking the Audi Dealer.
