A4 Quattro Turbo - Poorly...Need a good place to get it fixed

My brother has my Old T Plate A4 1.8 Quattro Turbo sport but it has some issues -

a) It needs an MOT
b) The wiper motor is VERY noisy
c) the alarm / electrics box of tricks in the rear wheel well got soaked as it filled with water, Therefore taken out as alarm was constantly going off, No Central locking, Elec windows etc etc...

It just needs some TLC and some ££ spent on it to make it normal again.

Can anyone reccomend someone "localish" to us, Twickenham, Middx, TW or Guildford, Surrey, GU kind of area to take it to - am looking for a good, honest 3rd party VW / Audi specialist rather than Audi themselves.

Any advice very much appreciated.

I hate problems with electrics usually means alot of labour charges troubleshooting, pitty you werent in Aberdeen i know the very man.

I'm sure someone will point you in the right direction tho.

cheers!, A tad too far!, Electrics box of tricks in the rear footwell filled with water and knackered it - seems that box is responsible for the alarm, central locking, electric windows etc. I reckon it needs a new box and the jobs a good un!

Probably wrong though!!

Try a scrap merchant, try http://www.overtongarage.co.uk/ i think they do mail order, they are local to me and have a HUGE selection of used parts. They have my total loss 98 A4 i know that!
