a4 parts wanted

Hi Guys, I have an A4 2000 reg and just had a major service goes and sounds great now that I used a REP mechanic . he told me my rear discs are on the way out and my front bumper would be best replaced than repaired.

Does anyone know where I can find a bumper from and some rear discs in the birmingham area tried e bay but get confused as to what bumper to use.
your help again would be gratefully received..

Rear discs you should get new from any motor factors and you'll need to change the pads at the same time. Budget on about £30 for discs (iirc as it's been a while since I changed mine) and £20 for the pads.

Bumper wise all you need is a front bumper from a 99-01 facelift car. Earlier bumpers have a pronounced swage line and three define seperate grills in the lower section whereas later bumpers have no swage line and the lower grills all appear to blend into one long strip. A trip to the breakers should turn up the goods just know what you need as some scrappies are a bit unscrupulous
