A4 B6 190bph - jerking acceleration

Hi All,
I hope you are well.
Please if anyone has come across this issue on 1.8T engine.
I have come across just 2 threads on the web.

I does it on each gear. Am I pressing it too hard?
Please advise what can be the culprit.

It could be the DV failing, it would lose boost.

My old car did that for a while, changed the plugs and it was fine after that. Maybe see when they were last changed?

Spark plugs have been changed quite recently, but the issue was before that.

Someone suggested a faulty ignition coil pack, but my Audi is not producing any check engine warning lights or any other warning.
