Especially in the cold mornings when i start my a4 up and turn the steering wheel it make a loud noise like it does when it runs out of power steering fluid but the fluid is topped off and its still making the noise can any one suggest what it might be??

Mines has a similar problem which i've been told is the power steering pump.
Expensive to replace £200ish for pump plus alot of labour.
Correct me if i'm wrong anyone?
