A4 AUTO LIGHTS/WIPERS

Hi,

I have a 2003 A4 Avant B6 Q Sport and I would like to install auto lights/wipers.

I have read a number of threads on the subject but they all appear to be for the A3.

I have the Auto dimming mirror, new windscreen, light switch and kufatec wiring harness for the auto dimming mirror.

Can it be done? if so what else do I need and how do I do it????

yes it can
you will need a full harness from kufatec
rainlight sensor
codeing and prob other bits and bobs
try NHN he does all this kinda retrofitting.

Auto wipers... I didn't want to go the B7 windscreen route as, at the time, no-one had done it (to my knowledge) and I wasn't 100% sure it would work on a B6 as, even though parts are usually very similar, there are some differences and I didn't want to risk it (e.g. B6/7 light switches aren't compatible). I bought and aftermarket rain sensing kit and hooked it up to an OEM parking sensor button. They work better than my friend's auto wipers on his B7.

Kufatec say they do not do a harness for auto lights/wipers/mirror??
can i obtain it from Audi?

I don't think so. I think Kufatec make the kits so they're plug and play. You can get the parts from Audi, but you'd need to buy it all separately I think.
