Can a flywheel cause car to judder n vibrate specialy on cold start up

More likely to be a duff glow plug or two. Check them out.

If the DMF is knackered, then yes that will cause a judder. Start the car and just sit in it with it idling. If it is juddering and then levelling out a bit, then juddering again and basically going on like that, then its likely the DMF is worn. Also, whilst the car is juddering/vibrating, dip the clutch and see if the vibrations disappear. That is a give away sign too.
