Hi All, please could you advise me what this rubber elbow joint is please as mine is split ??
It's exhaust side and is joined to one of the black metal pipes that runs along the rocker but under the fatter black metal pipe above it lol

This pipe passes air from the secondary air injection pump below the airbox to the valve at the back of the cylinder head. The pump blows air into the exhaust manifold on cold start up, the purpose of this is to raise the temperature of the cat quickly to clean up the emissions.
