A4 1.8T 163 tuning advice

Hi there, Not long had my 1.8tqs and would like to up the power as, like most i find it lacking. This is my first turbocharged car so dont really know much on the set up etc. I dont want massive power so dont really want to be changing the turbo, but will be getting a remap. Ive read guides on american sites on upgrading to the dual 190 intercoolers and injectors but is there any point doing that if not changing the turbo? or would it improve things when i come to remap time. what restrictions do i have with my turbo?

Even a straight remap to about 200 bhp and torque of 300+N/M will feel considerably different to the current set-up.

Cheers, I'm sure just a re map will make a huge difference. And something I will do, but would upgrading the intercooler help? Same as an exhaust would help or is around 200 the limit of the ko3. I don't want a front mount but quite keen on adding the second side intercooler. This is quite a popular mod in the states but no one seems to be interested here.
