A3 Xenon Headlight Bulb Fitting Type?

    Hi.

    I have a 2004 A3 which I want to change to Xenon headlight bulbs. What fitment do i need to order? H4 or H7?

    Obviously im not expecting HID performance but would like to hear of anyone who has tried these bulb types.

    H7 for dipped and high beam, i've just ordered a set of the Philips extreme, I should get to fit them tomorrow.

    Yes - H7 for both Dip & Main Beam. I've just fitted Philips Extreme +80% which get best marks in the AutoExpress test and I think they're the best you can get at the moment for brightness.

    I've tried Philips Xenon-Plus, Osram Silverstars and GE +60s and the new Philips Extreme are better than any of these.....
