A3 TDI problem

Just bought an 04 plate A3 2.0l TDI, I was going down the road n gave it a bit of power and the intercooler pipe popped off, I pushed it back in and after a few miles it come back off again and I'm having to keep putting it back in after a few miles, took it to a garage and they said either needs a new clip or a whole new hose, can anyone help, thanks.

Exactly that, new pipe or clips, if going for new pipes, then go check out Forge as they do a set, John is a great guy there to help with a set.

Ok thanyou, any idea how much it'll cost, I can do the job myself, but just for the part? Thank for th reply.

I believe all I need is a new pipe, been looking through the Internet and on YouTube etc and a common fault on these is the teeth in the pipe ware down which causes it to not clip in properly so when the pressure builds from the boost it can't handle it and pops out buying a new pipe will resolve the issue, may buy some sealant as well to streghthen the seal.
