not so sure about that, mine have started squealing again, - only in reverse and 1st time in the morning when everything is cold.

car going in for its 1st year service next week, car has done 11,000kms - will see what the dealers have to say have to say.

I hope this isn't the same carry on as the RS3.
Seems strange everyone is starting to get it.

It's an easy fix, even on the RS3. CeraTec, Copperslip (or better still Mintex self-adhesive anti-squeal shims (4.95 on eBay)) will sort it - as it did on the RS3 but then Audi went all silly and introduced an upgrade and changed the brake calipers, discs, pads, etc.; and even that didn't work for most, me included, so fitted Redstuff and that did it; and low brake dust too.

Try CeraTec or Copperslip first (apply to the brake-pad back-plate) as it's a 'dry' piston to brake-pad back-plate that's the problem.
