A3 S-line Wheel Spacers

I know some of you have put wheel spacers on the S3, but have any of you used them on a standard A3 or plan to? I presume that the reason they've done it on the S3 is because the track is standard and with more flared wheel arches the wheels need spacers to fill the arches better?

I'm considering putting some on my A3 (although they're not crying out for them). Thinking it will give it a more purposeful stance.

Any suggestions on what size spacers to use?

As far as I'm aware the wings on the S3 are the same as the A3. The same may not be the case with any RS3 though.

I'm sure there would be a difference, but probably only detectable by F1 style diagnostics!
